Azure has a growing portfolio of older, niche medicines which are being made available in both Ireland and Malta – some of these are being re-introduced to the market replacing unlicensed medicines which had been the only available source up to now; other Azure products provide an alternative for those products that have suffered from intermittent or prolonged medicine supply interruptions.
The Azure team has used their extensive experience and global connections to source these medicines and will continue to strive to safeguard continuity of medicine supply where we see older medicines becoming scarce. We will also commit to add value and enhance the patient experience by innovating in the strengths, presentations and formulations that we bring to market.
